Full-Time/Part-time - Greenhouse Production & Sales
Job duties vary from planting, plant propagation, and maintenance to stocking tables, assisting customers, general greenhouse cleaning & organization, and with gardening hard-goods & accessories (pottery, fountains, plant supports, etc.)

• Knowledge of Greenhouse material is encouraged (annual and tropical plants) including: scientific or common names, ideal plant growth conditions (sun, shade, drought-tolerant, etc.), and best use of plant material in landscapes, containers or the home
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with changing day-to-day needs
• Possess excellent sales skills and the desire to work with customers
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, pull hoses, carry flats of plants, and stand on concrete floors for extended periods (this is a very hands-on and active job)
• Be prepared to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to multi-task
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm and common sense is a must! As well as a desire to learn various aspects of the retail departments.

Full-Time - Landscapers
Culver’s Landscaping is hiring landscapers for our Commercial Landscape and Hardscape crews. Experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Applicants must have a good driving record and a CDL is a plus. Equipment operating skills are helpful but not required. Compensation is based on experience. Please apply in person.
